SD-Mt-Rushmore-1

The Fall River County Courthouse is still housed in the original 1890 sandstone building in the town of Hot Springs.
In the 1920s a half-dozen British Columbia mountain goats escaped a petting zoo in Custer State Park. Offspring of the escaped herd can often be seen along the Needles Highway and around Mount Rushmore.
