Vents

During storage, especially in damp climates, keep the roof vent(s) open slightly to remove moisture. Dirt and dust cling to vent covers and screens and those in bathrooms may have mold or mildew on them. After storage, remove the screens by detaching the crank and screws holding it in the vent. Clean vent lids with a household cleaner and a soft cloth. Wash screens in a bucket of hot water with a brush and detergent. Inspect the roof vent gasket(s) and replace if necessary.
