General Motors has upped the ante on interest-free loans on new vehicles again, with no
down payment, and no payments for 90 days. The program runs through the end of October and
includes Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Oldsmobile, Pontiac and Saturn brands.
Zero-percent loans on leftover 2002s run for up to 60 months, while 2003 terms vary from 36
to 60 months, depending on model. Cash rebates are also available instead.
