National RV Holdings Inc. will enter the low-end towable market with the introduction of
its Splash series of travel trailers and fifth-wheels later this year. The Perris,
California-based company is building a new 165,000-square-foot manufacturing plant to give
it the ability to produce the Splash and other series of entry-level towables, said Chuck
Bailey, sales and marketing manager for National RV’s towable products business. The
entry-level Splash series will range in length from 18 to 30 feet, Bailey said.
Manufacturer’s suggested retail on the 18-footer will be around $13,000. Prices for longer
versions of the Splash have not yet been set.
