Thor Industries to Buy Keystone

Thor Industries Inc. has agreed to buy Keystone RV Company, creating the largest
manufacturer of travel trailers. Keystone is based in Goshen, Indiana. The combined company
will be a major manufacturer of motorhomes and fifth-wheel trailers.
